How We Work
Seven Stages. One Standard.
From understanding your participation to the final handover — deliverables, responsibilities and dates set from the start, with one named project manager throughout.
Understand the Participation
We gather the details: the exhibition, booth size and location, your products and target audience, budget, goals and the services you need.
Scope & Quote
A written offer that sets out exactly what you are getting.
- The services selected.
- Deliverables for each service.
- Delivery dates.
- Cost.
- Payment terms.
- Responsibilities of both sides.
Design & Approval
Visualizations presented and approved — design, materials, content and print, plus team kit and digital-solution interfaces where ordered.
Production & Preparation
Booth works, content, print, team kit and the contracted technical services produced on one coordinated schedule.
Testing, Installation & Handover
Booth installed, finishes reviewed, screens and digital tools tested, materials and team kit delivered on the agreed dates — and your team trained on any digital solutions before the show opens.
During the Show
Where photography and documentation are contracted, the photographer works the agreed hours or days to produce the agreed material. Alaq does not staff your booth or run your day-to-day operations during the show.
Close-Out & Final Delivery
Final photos, videos, data and materials delivered; dismantling, transport or storage carried out where contracted; and the continuation of digital services after the show set per the agreement.
Start at stage one — tell us about your participation.
Tell us about your exhibition and the services you need — we reply with a clear, itemized offer.
